This novel technology covers the first portable stickies measurement method in the paper industry. The test can be really quick (usually less than 1 hour), and the results are highly reproducible and are found to correlate well with the actual stickies problem situations. The DSA technique has been employed by our field engineers for hi-throughput screening of enzyme formulations, monitoring performance of Cleanase™ products, and diagnosis of operational problems.
